Refund & Cancellation

Since our books are printed-on-demand through Send2Print.in, we have a specific policy regarding cancellations and returns:

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the printing process has started with Send2Print.in, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns and provide refunds if:

• The book arrives physically damaged.
• The wrong item was shipped.
• There are significant printing or binding defects.

To request a refund, please contact us at upadhyaya@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized copies and digitally delivered content are non-refundable.

Returned to Origin (RTO)

In case of orders returned to origin for the following reasons, no refund will be provided:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
• Customer refusal to accept the delivery.
• Non-response to the shipping company's calls or SMS for delivery authentication (OTP).

In such cases, the customer must place a new order if they still wish to receive the items.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
